Please read carefully the below terms and conditions that state all our detailed policies regarding your visit to Egypt which include booking and payment procedures, cancellation policy, unused services, child policy, our responsibility, and yours, flight changes and delays, hotels, Nile cruises, and solving problems
Booking and Payment Procedures
You can book one of our tour packages online by emailing a booking form including The name of your selected tour (by clicking Book below each tour of our organized tours).
N.B: Reservations should be made as early as possible, especially in the high season (Christmas, New Year, and Easter) due to the high demand.
Kindly email your request if you would like us to tailor a tour that suits your requirements and an answer will be sent to you as soon as we finalize it.
To confirm your booking we need a copy of your passport and your flight details by sending them through email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation should be received in writing by email.
Unused Services
We are not responsible for any unused services (Tours, Trips, Accommodation, Transportation, and Meals) money cannot be refunded.
Child Policy
Kindly note that child policy is a matter of change according to each tour/trip.
Please refer to the child policy and Price for each tour in the tour/trip price section.
Our Responsibilities
We and its suppliers are working hard to improve each itinerary and all features, if improvements can be made or unforeseen conditions beyond our control deem change necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries, and substitute hotels, and Cruise ships.
To ensure the health and safety of our travelers, we have adapted to the new care measures established by (WHO). We are taking all the necessary procedures and precautions when it comes to the health and safety of our travelers as your safety and well-being remain our top priority, we always aim to ensure that your trip is stress-free.
Tour Price
Includes:
- Only items specifically stated and mentioned in our tour packages or daily trips.
Excludes:
- Any kind of insurance.
- All items of human nature such as Laundry, phone calls, tipping, beverages... etc.
- Domestic Airfare (if not mentioned in the tour package).
- International Airfare (by Guest).
- Departure tax (if any).
- Entry Visa (unless required by Guest).
- Fishing Tackle in the fishing tour.
- Gala Dinner of the New Year's Eve (Night of December, 31st).
- Any increase in entrance fees, and taxes which might be implemented by the Government later on.
Flight changes and delays
Changes by the airline will not result in any refunds, flight delays are unfortunate, but are inherent risks of any air travel and are completely outside our control or responsibility of us.
Traveler(s) may reserve the right to hold the airline responsible in the event of a delay, the airline (and not the operators) will determine the procedure to be followed and the amenities/ compensation (if any) to be offered.
Traveler(s) are subject to the ticket terms and tariffs of the airline which, when issued shall be the sole contract between the airline and the passenger(s).
Traveler(s) should inform us in case of flight delay or cancellation through our telephone number to act accordingly and do needful.
N.B.: We don't arrange for international flights. However, you can book your direct flight to Cairo easily on Egypt Air or any other airline.
Hotels
We reserve the right to replace hotels without prior notice to participants, where circumstances dictate, in this event, alternative hotels will always be of a similar standard.
Accommodation levels and hotel ratings are slightly different in Egypt to general Western standards.
Nile Cruises
The programs of the Nile Cruises may be changed without prior notice due to navigational circumstances.
The programs of the Nile Cruises may change in sequence but not in visits. We are not liable for these changes.
We takes a great care in choosing suppliers, certainly, we trust them but we do not control them, therefore we are not responsible for their acts or Omissions, so we can not assume responsibility for any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, damage or loss or delay of baggage or other property, delay, inconvenience, loss of pay, upset, disappointments, distress or frustration (whether physical or mental) resulting from:
- The acts of omission of any firm other than us.
- Mechanical breakdowns, governmental actions, war, weather, acts of nature, and other factors beyond our control.
- Acts of Vandalism, Burglaries, Accidents, Injuries, or any physical harm to your property or person.
Complaints
In case of have any problem whilst in Egypt, please inform your tour guide, your tour leader, or our company representative immediately so that we can try to solve it and put things right as most problems can be solved on the spot.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend and advise that you obtain travel insurance.
Policies are available to cover loss or damage to luggage, medical emergencies that your regular insurance might not cover when you are overseas, travel interruption, trip cancellation, and unforeseen expenses if you have to cancel your trip.
Data Protection
We need to use any information you have given us to provide the holiday you have asked for.
We will apply appropriate security measures to protect this data; however, we must pass this on to suppliers of your travel arrangements, security or credit checking companies, and to public authorities such as customs and immigration.
When you make this booking, you consent to this information being passed to the relevant people.
Travelers Responsibility
Travelers have read the above terms and conditions and agree to each of them.
Travelers hereby warrant that they fully understand each of them.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any specific passport, visa, and health requirements required for your travel are obtained.
We cannot be held responsible if you fail to do so and you will liable for meeting any additional costs incurred as a result of such failure.
You are responsible for checking in for flights at the correct time and for presenting yourself to take up all pre-booked components of your travel. We will have no liability whatsoever to you through your failure to do so.
