Booking Process
At Marvelous Egypt Travel, we are committed to making the booking process straightforward and personalized, ensuring your journey begins with ease.
- Initial Inquiry:
Reach out to us via our website, email, or phone with your travel request. One of our professional tour operators, fluent in your language, will contact you to discuss your preferences and specific requirements.
- Customized Itinerary:
Based on your input, we will design a tailor-made itinerary crafted to suit your needs and expectations. After you review and approve the itinerary, we will proceed with finalizing your booking.
- Booking Confirmation:
To secure your booking, the following deposits are required: Standard Periods: A deposit of 25% of the total package cost, Peak Seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter): A deposit of 50% of the total package cost.
- Final Payment:
The remaining balance can be paid up to one week before your arrival.
- Confirmation Details:
Once your deposit is received, you will receive a comprehensive confirmation including your finalized itinerary, booking details, and travel preparation tips.

Cancellation Policy
At Marvelous Egypt Travel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility with fairness. Please review the following terms carefully:
Standard Periods:
- 61+ days before arrival: 15% of the total tour price.
- 60–31 days before arrival: 35% of the total tour price.
- 30–15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price.
- 14–1 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour price.
Peak Seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter):Peak Seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter):
- 61+ days before arrival: 25% of the total tour price.
- 60–31 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price.
- 30–15 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price.
- 14–1 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour price.
Additional Charges:
- Airline cancellation fees are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective airline.
- Bank fees may apply to refunds when applicable.
Refunds
At Marvelous Egypt Travel, we aim to process refunds efficiently and transparently. Please review the details of our refunds policy below:
- Method of Refund:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used.
- Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are issued based on the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy and are subject to any applicable fees.
- Refund Deductions:
Bank fees may apply to refunds when applicable.
Airline cancellation fees are determined by the respective airline's policies.
- No-Show Policy:
Refunds cannot be provided for no-shows or unused services.
- Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed as promptly as possible. Please allow time for bank or payment processing, which may vary depending on your payment provider.

Force Majeure
At Marvelous Egypt Travel, your safety and satisfaction are our priorities. We understand that unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone’s control may disrupt your travel plans. Our Force Majeure policy ensures flexibility and support in such situations.
Definition:
Force Majeure refers to events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Marvelous Egypt Travel, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes).
- Political instability (wars, riots, strikes).
- Epidemics or pandemics.
- Government-imposed travel restrictions or advisories.
- Airline cancellations due to extraordinary circumstances.
Policy Terms:
Flexible Options:
In the event of Force Majeure, we offer the following options:
- Full Refund: Refunds for the tour package, excluding airline fees and applicable bank charges.
- Travel Credit or Voucher: Payments can be converted into future travel credits or vouchers, which can be applied to any of our tours.
Reservation Adjustments:
Bookings affected by Force Majeure will be automatically adjusted to reflect travel credits, ensuring you can reschedule your journey at a later date.
Exclusions:
Airline fees for cancellations or changes are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective airline. Bank charges may also apply to refund processing.

Accommodations
At Marvelous Egypt Travel, we offer a wide range of accommodations to suit your preferences and budget.
- Room Types and Rates: Our website provides detailed pricing for all room types and categories, ensuring full transparency. You can select the option that best suits your needs, whether it's single, double, triple, or family occupancy.
- Availability and Changes: While we strive to honor your chosen accommodations, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate substitutions. In such cases, we will provide an equivalent or superior alternative to ensure your comfort.
- Seasonal Adjustments: Room rates and availability are subject to seasonal fluctuations and demand, especially during peak travel periods.
- Special Requests: If you have specific preferences, such as a particular room view or amenities, please inform us at the time of booking. While we will do our best to fulfill these requests, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

- Domestic Flights: Prices and schedules are approximate and subject to change based on availability and airline policies.
- International Flights: We offer competitive rates and assistance with booking. Changes or cancellations follow the respective airline’s terms and conditions.
- Adjustments and Costs: Any schedule or price changes imposed by airlines will be communicated, and additional costs are the traveler’s responsibility.
- Special Requests: Seat or meal preferences can be requested but are subject to availability and airline policies.
- Responsibility: While we act as a booking intermediary, we are not liable for airline delays, cancellations, or changes but will assist in resolving any issues.

Child Policy
At Marvelous Egypt Travel, we welcome families and provide flexible options for children traveling with parents.
Packages, Nile Cruises, and Hotels:
- Under 3 years old: Free of charge.
- Under 12 years old: 50% of the adult rate.
- 12 years and older: Full adult rate.
- A maximum of one child may share a parent’s room. Extra supplements apply for flights.
Sightseeing Tours and Shore Excursions:
- Under 6 years old: Free of charge.
- Under 12 years old: 50% of the adult rate.
- 12 years and older: Full adult rate.
- Supplements may apply for flights or ferry services.

Responsibilities
At Marvelous Egypt Travel, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. However, certain circumstances beyond our control may arise. Please review the following responsibilities policy:
- Force Majeure: We cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will do our utmost to minimize the impact on your trip and provide reasonable alternatives.
- Third-Party Services: While we carefully select our partners, including hotels, airlines, and other service providers, we cannot be held responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations made by these third parties. Any additional costs incurred as a result of such changes are the responsibility of the traveler.
- Travel Documents and Compliance: It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and required permits. Compliance with customs and immigration laws is also the responsibility of the traveler.
- Health and Safety: We prioritize your safety during your trip. Travelers are responsible for adhering to local laws and regulations, as well as health and safety guidelines provided by our team or local authorities.
- Personal Belongings: Marvelous Egypt Travel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your trip. Travelers are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover such instances.
By booking with us, you acknowledge these policies and understand that certain factors may be outside our control. Our team will always strive to provide support and solutions to ensure your journey is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Photography Use
By traveling with us, you consent to the use of your photos for promotional purposes on our website or social media.
Tipping
Tipping is appreciated but not obligatory. It is a gesture of satisfaction for excellent service.
Complaints and Issue Resolution

- On-Tour Concerns: If you encounter any issues during your trip, we encourage you to notify your assigned tour representative or guide immediately. Most concerns can be resolved on the spot to ensure a seamless experience.
- Escalation During Travel: If a problem persists and requires further attention, please contact our Customer Care Manager directly for immediate assistance.
- Post-Trip Feedback: If you remain unsatisfied with any aspect of your journey upon returning home, we invite you to share your concerns directly with our CEO by emailing shafek@marvelousegypttravel.com.
